Web accessibility policy

The website of the Sapporo International Exchange Center is based on JIS X 2016-3:22 "Guidelines for elderly people and persons with disabilities, etc. - Information and communication equipment, software and services - Part 8341: We aim to improve web accessibility based on "web content".

Web accessibility means that anyone, including the elderly and people with disabilities, can use the information and functions provided on websites, etc. Than).

Exceptions
The following items are out of scope.
- foreign language page
- Content provided by external services, including LINE, Instagram, Facebook, and twitter SNS buttons
- PDF files
- We will do our best to meet the achievement criteria as much as possible, but at present, it is difficult to support web accessibility for all PDF files in terms of the amount of information and technology, so it is not included in the scope.
- Pages with videos
- For video files, we will provide alternative information in text as much as possible, but at present it is difficult to support web accessibility for all video files, so the relevant pages are not included in the scope.
