How to use

1.Entrance (entrance)

  • Please put your outside shoes in the shoe locker.

2.reception

  • Please purchase same-day tickets and coupon tickets at the automatic ticket vending machine, and present the use ticket at the reception desk.
  • If you have a 1-month ticket, please present it at the reception.If you would like to purchase a one-month ticket, please ask at the reception.
  • Junior high and high school students should present their student handbook, and working youths under the age of 19 and seniors (65 years old and over) should present their ID.
  • If you have a disability certificate, rehabilitation certificate, etc., please present it. (Usage fee exemption)
  • Wheelchairs are available for use in the museum, so please ask at the reception if you need them.

3.changing room

  • Please use the locker with a key (free).
  • Please change into a commercially available swimsuit for swimming.
  • Be sure to wear a swimming cap as well.
  • The changing room will get wet and there is a risk of falling, so please bring a towel.

Four.pool room entrance

  • Take a shower until all your swimsuits are wet.
  • Please refrain from hanging luggage (towels, etc.) in the shower room.
  • Please leave your luggage in the designated area by the pool.
  • Long hair should be tied up and tucked into a swimming cap.
  • Please remove makeup completely.

Five.pool room

  • The poolside is slippery, so please do not run.
  • Please swim according to the swimming direction as indicated on the signboard.
  • Elementary school students and younger must be accompanied by a guardian (18 years old or older) to swim in the large pool if their shoulders do not stick out of the water.In addition, children who can swim will be given a swimming test and a swimming registration certificate will be issued, so please report to the lifeguard at the poolside.
  • A warming room is a room to warm the body, not a sauna.When entering the room, please wipe your body with a towel before entering.
  • If you want to enter the pool again after taking a break, please take a shower again before entering the water.

6.After using the pool

  • Wipe off the moisture from your body with a towel before returning to the changing room.
  • We have installed a dehydrator for swimsuits.Please follow the instructions on how to use it.Also, please make sure that you do not forget your swimsuit etc. in the dehydrator.
  • Please make sure there are no forgotten items in the locker.

You can swim the red floor course alone.Those with swimming registration *2 or children whose shoulders are above the surface of the water can also use some general courses.
  • ※ 2Only those who have had their swimming ability judged at the pool facility and have been recognized as having high swimming ability (able to swim a full 1m in one stroke) can use the complete swimming course.If you are interested, please ask the lifeguard.
  • If a child under junior high school age swims with a guardian (over 18 years old), the guardian must also wear a swimsuit in the pool and do not leave the child.
    Up to 1 children are allowed per parent.

(2) Those who refuse to use
  • Those who have an infectious disease, those who have wounds that have not healed completely
  • Those who are under the influence of alcohol
  • Infants and toddlers who cannot express their intention to use the toilet (excluding the days and hours of the week when the use of pool diapers is permitted)
  • Third grade elementary school students and younger who use alone
  • Others who do not follow the staff's instructions
(3) Items that cannot be brought into the pool room
  • Accessories such as hairpins, rings, watches, necklaces, earrings, false nails, etc.
  • Glass products including tempered glass, eyeglasses*3
  • Mobile phones, electronic devices such as underwater walkmans, newspapers and magazines
  • with sanitary problems
  • Other items that are dangerous in the pool or that involve the risk of damage or theft
  • ※ 3It can be used by wearing a fall prevention rubber band when using it at the poolside, when accompanying children or people with disabilities in the infant pool, or when walking on the walking course in the general pool.
(4) Prohibited acts
  • Do not jump in*4, drown, pretend to be drowning, or stand on your head.
  • You cannot stand or sit on the starting block, or enter or leave the starting block.
  • The pool room is slippery, so please do not run or play around.

1.About physical condition management

  • Please pay close attention to changes in your physical condition when using the facility, and refrain from using it when you are not feeling well.

2.About visit

  • Tours are free. You can see the inside of the pool from the viewing corner on the first floor.

3.About shooting

  • We do not allow video or camera photography in the pool room.
