Lilac Hall is a multi-purpose hall with a stage and 200 seats. It can be used for film screenings and lectures using the seating area, and when the seating is folded away, it can also be used for dance and brass band practice. Please feel free to inquire about availability and other details.

How to apply

Lottery application procedure

[Lottery application]

A lottery will be held on the 4st of the 1th month before the scheduled date of use.

If the dates you wish to use overlap, we will decide by lottery.
If you are participating in the lottery, please check the availability in advance and come to the facility by 8:45. (If the first day is not a business day, the previous business day will be the drawing date.)

Example: Planned usage date to August 20th, lottery drawing to April 1st (4 months prior)

From 4:1 on the first day of 9 months before the scheduled use, we will start accepting "vacancy applications" at the counter and by phone.

After the lottery is over, we will accept use on a first-come, first-served basis for days and times when there are vacancies.Please come to our facility directly or apply by phone.

*Applications made by telephone will be treated as provisional reservations, so please submit the "application form" at a later date.

After the lottery and vacant applications have been completed, please fill in the necessary items on the "Application for Use" and submit it to the facility.

At this facility, it is not possible to conduct business activities such as selling goods or soliciting donations of money and goods without permission.
Regarding the sale of goods, etc., approval from Sapporo City is required in advance, so please contact the hotel.

≪Cases in which sales activities are permitted≫ When distributing event programs, training course texts, etc. to participants at cost; when selling or soliciting donations of money or goods for the purpose of awareness-raising activities in accordance with administrative guidance; when implementing charity projects that Sapporo City deems necessary for the public good.

Usage meeting/confirmation items

Regarding the facilities and fixtures to be used on the day of use, please make arrangements in advance regarding the installation location, quantity, etc.
*If using a projector, please check the compatible signals and connection terminals in advance (preliminary test possible).

After use

After use, it will be returned to its original state, so please return the equipment you used to its original position.

Reservations are accepted by telephone from the 4st day of the month four months before the date of use to the day of use, if the admission fee exceeds 1 yen, or if the use is for profit or for commercial purposes, the basic charge will be increased by 600%. .

Other Information

About use

We will check the purpose of use and content at the time of application, but please understand that we may not be able to lend it depending on the purpose and content.

It cannot be used for ceremonial occasions, religious activities, etc.

[Important Notes] Please be sure to check the following before making a reservation and using the service.

The parking lot is reserved for general facility users and is not available for your use. Please use public transportation or nearby paid parking lots.
Please notify us of any cancellations at least one month prior to the scheduled date of use (excluding the scheduled date). Cancellations made less than one month prior to the scheduled date will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
In order to comply with the Fire Service Act and to prevent danger, entry exceeding the capacity is not permitted.
Please do not bring dangerous goods.
You cannot use fire in the hall.
Items cannot be sold without permission.In addition, acts such as donations of money and goods, fundraising, etc. are prohibited.
Please note that smoking is prohibited in the building and grounds.
